Digitized Fancy Feathers, shows you how to use your embroidery machine to
quilt. There is also a small tutorial on this site in the Tips and Techniques
pages. Hibiscus Flowers designs are offered as Appliqué and Quilting designs.

This is a class for students who know their way around their embroidery software. It is not a beginner
class. I use Bernina artista software. There are four lessons. Two with V5 and two with V6. Owners of
other brands of software are welcomed as long as you are comfortable with your software and think that
you can relate to what is being taught.
Students will learn how to edit designs, combine designs, change embroidery designs to appliqué designs,
digitize from scratch (photo above) and divide these large designs to be sewn in the 145mm x 255mm
hoops.
