I will not collect or use any information that you provide when
you order anything from Canada Goose Designs.
There are no refunds or returns on Embroidery Designs or
patterns but they will be replaced if the designs or CD's are
defective. I will do everything that I can to help you use my
designs creatively. Please notify me within 3 days of receipt of
the design if there is a problem.

| Please Read Delivery of Embroidery Designs is by email attachment or selected large designs on CD. Please make sure that your email address is correct. This is not instant download. Notify me if you do not have your email attachment order within 12 hours. Delivery of Quilt Patterns is by pdf email attachment. Payment with any major credit card is through PayPal. You no longer need to have a PayPal account to order. At checkout select "No I don't have a PayPal account" fill out the form and continue. You will need to download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader from their website at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html for any designs that have an instruction PDF file or for patterns delivered by email. |
